At NWA Computer Services, we stand behind the quality of our work and the components we install. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all services and custom builds. If you're not satisfied or experience issues with a service we’ve provided, we will make it right.
30-Day Service Guarantee
All services performed by NWA Computer Services come with a 30-day service warranty. If you experience any issue related to a service we performed (such as hardware installation, repair, or upgrade), we will:

Come back to diagnose and fix the issue at no additional cost

Reinstall or correct any service-related errors free of charge
Parts and Product Refunds
If a part we provided is faulty or defective, we will:

Assist you with the manufacturer’s return or warranty claim

Replace or reinstall the part using the manufacturer’s policy

Issue a full refund for the part, if it cannot be replaced and qualifies under the manufacturer’s terms
Please note: Refunds for parts are subject to the return and warranty conditions set by the part’s manufacturer.
General Refund Policy (Custom Builds, Repairs, Consultations)
Custom PC Builds: Full refund of labor if canceled before assembly. For completed builds, refund may be issued only for defective parts (based on manufacturer’s policy).
Repairs & Upgrades: Full refund if issue is not resolved and the service is deemed unsuccessful within 30 days.
Consultations: Non-refundable once delivered. Rescheduling is allowed with 24-hour notice.
Timeframe for Refund Requests
Refund and warranty requests must be made within 30 days of the original service or installation date.

We will respond within 3 business days, and if eligible, resolve or refund the issue as soon as possible.
Exclusions
Refunds or follow-up service will not apply in the following cases:

Damage caused by improper use, third-party modifications, or unrelated system failure

Customer-installed parts not sourced by NWA Computer Services

Issues reported after the 30-day window
